Dear improv lover,

Some decisions feel good. Deciding to ask out your crush, deciding to quit a bad job. Some decisions are neutral: deciding what to put on your sandwich, deciding which train to take. Some decisions feel bad. Like turning your phone off when your mother calls.

And some feel very, very bad. They feel awful. Unfortunately, we had to make one of those decisions. To our great regret, we will have to reschedule IMPRO Amsterdam. With the growing possibility of the lock-down extending into next year, and the financial risk tied to it, we are not able to put on a festival at the end of January.

However, we are looking into moving the festival to late spring or summer 2022. We are working tirelessly to accomplish this. It’s work we are happy to do. We love the festival with all our hearts, and we want it to happen. We know you may have a lot of questions. Questions we probably can’t answer right now, because we need to get all the details ourselves. So please support us by giving us some time, and save all your questions for the next update.
