Sara Šoukal has been performing in improvisational theatre since 1994, first as a member of the first children impro troupe in Slovenia, and later in Slovenian High School Improvisational League and National Improvisational League, where she still performs today and performs as a MC. She founded her own company Impromobile in 2010, where she explores long form impro. She collaborates with IGLU- Improvisational Theatre of Ljubljana as a teacher and performer, is involved in many different impro troupes in Ljubljana and she travels to festivals abroad as a performer and a teacher (Seattle, Copenhagen, Strasbourg, Amsterdam, Leuven, Budapest, Paris, Zurich, Wurzburg, Berlin). Sara is also a member of Ohana, international European impro project, that brings improvisers from all over Europe to share knowledge and explore impro theatre. She is also part of an international European project Project Eve, a women improvisers network.
