At a improv workshop for teambuilding one of the trainers came up to me and said: ‘Isn’t improv something for you?’ I had never done improv or theatre before, was intrigued, thought why not and went to improv training as a try-out. The try-out became permanent. The first years were intense; I broke out of my shell, and it gave me so much joy. And it still does – it’s 8 years later and I’ve made improv my job. I’m a trainingsactor, improv actor, trainer and I’ve done different forms of theatre.
Improv can change your life.
